Sherry a. Snyder

Attorney & Founder of Legacy Legal Group, LLC

Sherry Snyder is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), a VA accredited attorney, and is also a member of Estate Planning and Probate Administration Law and Elder Committees of the Missouri Bar Association. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Drake University in 1990 and her Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law 1993. A former NCAA Division I track and field athlete, Sherry enjoys running, hiking, and biking with her husband and stays busy with her four sons.




Cass Swanson joins the Legacy Legal Group, LLC firm with 11 years of legal experience. In 1993, Cass graduated from the University of Iowa with honors and went on to attend Southern Illinois University School of Law ‘99, where she graduated cum laude. When Cass is not busy at work servicing her clients, she is enjoying time with her two sons, Jack and Ian, walking her two chihuahuas, or enjoying one of the amazing biking or running trails in St. Louis.

Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Katie Hill joined the Legacy Legal Group team in the spring of 2019 with 4 years of experience in the legal profession and 10 years of experience in appraising real estate. A 1996 graduate of South East Missouri State, with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, Katie continues to find law interesting and stimulating. In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her daughter, playing pool for the American Pool Association, and going on motorcycle rides with her husband.


ava l. rollins

Operations Manager

Ava Rollins is a 2016 graduate of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. Currently, Ava is a Diversity Leadership and Human Resources Development Masters candidate at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Ava is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and aids the firm in its daily operations and functions. When Ava is not busy at work, you can find her her hiking, shopping, or sipping tea at a local coffee shop with her partner.
